Examples include creating Garifuna drumming or Maya craft workshops to preserve traditions, developing nature trails with educational signage, or obtaining eco-certifications (e.g., Green Globe) for sustainable operations.
Grants also support cultural preservation, like restoring historical sites, or launching community-led tours showcasing indigenous practices. Projects must align with sustainability goals, fostering low-impact tourism while boosting local livelihoods.
